In this phase, we organized the tasks and activities of the designers and developers into kanbans in Notion and Trello according to each team's familiarity with the tool.

Target Public: Mothers of children and adolescents in scholar age.

How do parents of children and adolescents of school age, buy and consume scholar's supplies?

<aside> 🎯 Main Goal

</aside>

Create a marketplace for exchange, sale, and donation of new and used school supplies such as books, educational material, didactic material, toys, games, and uniforms. In order to centralize, formalize and increase the reach of school consumer products on one niche-specific site.

<aside> 🎯 Specific Goals

</aside>

1. Increase the reach among people who want to buy/exchange/sell/donate school supplies.
2. Offer scholar items at a better price or even for free through an exchange, donations, and sales among platform users.
3. Create product kits following the needs of scholar study year of children and adolescentes.

<aside> ❓ Hipotesis

</aside>

1. It already occurs informally among family members and acquaintances.
2. Inflation and unemployment problems in Brazil collaborate with this kind of activity.
3. Parents, most times, need to search for school items in different places, which cause high price and a lost of time during the search.
